
Realty developer Ganga Realty will invest Rs 750 crore in an affordable housing project in Haryana’s Gurgaon near Delhi. Ganga Realty of Gurugram said in a statement on Tuesday that this is the company’s first affordable residential project named ‘Athastatu’.
This project is located in Sector-5 of Sohna, Gurugram. It will be 20 minutes away from the proposed metro station. The company will develop 14 towers with around 2,972 affordable houses under the project. Vikas Garg, joint managing director of Ganga Realty, said in a statement that the company would invest Rs 750 crore in the project.
The project is ‘self-financed’ and the houses are expected to be delivered by the first quarter of 2027. Apartments with three rooms (three BHK) will be built in the project. The cost of an apartment is Rs 25.14 lakh. The project is spread over approximately 22 acres. It will be funded from internal accruals as well as from various sources like earnest money collected from the customer.
