The Patiala House Court today expressed displeasure over a petition filed by Sukesh Chandrasekhar. The court has also questioned the intention of Sukesh in filing the petition. The court reprimanded Sukesh’s lawyer and said that when you get relief, the court is good, but when you don’t get relief, the court is biased. The court said that it will not hear the petition of Sukesh Chandrasekhar. Expressing displeasure, the court said that the petition is baseless.

The court said that the Principal District Sessions Judge has the right to file the petition. The Patiala House Court declined to comment on Sukesh’s plea. The court will not give any relief on the dictation of an accused unless that relief is within the purview of the law.

In fact, in the money laundering case of Rs 200 crore, Sukesh Chandrasekhar had filed a petition demanding transfer of the case to another judge. Sukesh Chandrasekhar had accused the judge of being biased in the petition. The Patiala House Court has refused to hear the same petition of Sukesh Chandrasekhar. The Patiala House Court expressed displeasure over the filing of the petition by Sukesh. The court said that the accused has no right to comment on the presiding officer. The Patiala House Court has extended the judicial custody of Sukesh Chandrashekhar till March 31.
