The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin for his actions in Ukraine. Arrest warrant was issued on March 17
The ICC issued an arrest warrant against Putin on March 17, holding him responsible for war crimes. The International Criminal Court accused Putin of illegally sending children from the occupied territories of Ukraine to Russia.
