- Oil – 1 tsp
- Rai – 1/4 tsp

- Curry leaves – 5 to 6
- Green chili – 1 chopped
- Carrot – 1 month chopped

- Capsicum – half cut
- salt – as per taste
- Turmeric – half teaspoon
- Red chili – as per taste
Leftover roti upma recipe
To make upma of the remaining rotis, first break the remaining rotis finely, if you do not want to work hard to break the rotis, then grind them coarsely in the mixer. This upma is also delicious with coarsely ground bread. Now put a large pan on medium heat and add oil and fry mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped onions and green chilies in it. Now add peas, carrots, capsicum to the pan and cook for 1 minute. After this add salt, turmeric and red chili and mix well. After this sprinkle little water and mix it all.
