Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the violence seen in the latest video cannot be forgotten and that the Russian military is responsible for such acts. He said in a video message released on his official Telegram channel, “Every person, every leader should react to this. Do not expect that these incidents will be forgotten, this time too shall pass.
Called Russian soldiers ‘animals’
