CM Dhami has implemented the Uttarakhand Competitive Examination (Measures for Prevention and Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Ordinance 2023. 10 years imprisonment for copying, 10 lakh fine

After the implementation of the Competitive Examination Ordinance 2023, if a student is caught cheating or cheating, he may have to pay imprisonment of three years and a fine of up to five lakhs. And if that student is caught again, he may have to pay a minimum sentence of 10 years and a fine of up to 10 lakhs. Apart from this, if found using unfair means during the examination, the acquired property will be attached.

Life imprisonment and fine up to ten crore rupees
Under the Competitive Examination Ordinance 2023, if any person, printing press, service provider organization, management, coaching institute is found involved in unfair means, then there is a provision of life imprisonment and a fine of up to 10 crores. Even if a person conspires with an organized examination conducting body, he will have to pay life imprisonment and a fine of 10 crores.

Lathi charge on youth protesting against recruitment exam scam
