He said that the period of the previous UPA government from 2004 to 2014 was the decade of maximum scams in the history of independence and people of India felt insecure in every corner from Kashmir to Kanyakumari during these ten years of the UPA government. Referring to the 2G, CWG and other scams, Modi said that in these ten years, India’s reputation on global forums had become so weak that the world was not ready to listen to it.
Amid allegations from the opposition, including the Congress, on the issue related to the Adani group, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said people’s faith in him was not built on newspaper headlines and television faces, but on the fact that he had spent his entire life for the country, moment by moment.
