Continuous snowfall is being seen in different areas of Himachal Pradesh. Here the movement of vehicles has been stopped on 176 roads including four national highways. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature will continue to fall continuously for the next 24 hours. At the same time, a yellow alert has been issued regarding lightning in hilly-plain areas.

At the same time, Highway No. 1 has been blocked due to rain and landslide in Jammu and Kashmir. Explain that this is the only national highway connecting Kashmir Valley to the rest of the country, which is 270 km long, on which more than 200 vehicles were trapped near Cafeteria Mor and Dalwas due to rock fall. The work of clearing the debris from this route is going on and the movement will be resumed soon.

Lahaul Spiti temperature

In other areas of Himachal, the temperature remained very low. It was minus 1.3 degrees in Kukumseri, -0.4 degrees in Kalpa, -0.2 degrees in Narkanda, 2.2 degrees in Kufri, 2.6 degrees in Manali, 1.9 degrees in Dalhousie and 5 in Shimla. 5 degree temperature has been recorded.
