Solapur, Shirdi Vande Bharat train fare announced

Even before Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off Vande Bharat Express trains on the Mumbai-Solapur and Mumbai-Sainagar Shirdi routes in Maharashtra, the Central Railway announced the fares for them. A Central Railway (CR) official said that the one-way fare for the CSMT (Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus)-Solapur Vande Bharat train without catering service will be Rs 1,000 for chair car and Rs 2,015 for executive chair car, while catering The fare for both the classes will be Rs 1,300 and Rs 2,365 respectively.

He said that one way ticket without catering service from CSMT to Sainagar Shirdi will cost Rs 840 and Rs 1670 for chair car and executive chair car respectively, while the ticket with catering service will cost Rs 975 and Rs 1840 respectively. CSMT-Solapur Vande Bharat Express will leave CSMT at 4.05 PM and reach Solapur at 10.40 PM, while it will leave Solapur at 6.05 AM to reach CSMT at 12.35 PM. It will not operate from CSMT on Wednesdays and from Solapur on Thursdays. CR officials said that the CSMT-Sainagar Shirdi train, which will be the 10th Vande Bharat train in the country, will run six days a week except Tuesday. The CR official said, “There will be four Vande Bharat trains in Maharashtra.”
