Alia recently posted a video and some pictures on her Instagram, in which she wrote, ‘I regret giving my 18 years to a man who has no value in my eyes. I first met him in 2004 and we both entered into a live-in relationship while we were living in Ekta Nagar, Charkop, MHADA, Mumbai. I Nawaz and his brother Shamsuddin Siddiqui lived in a room where we started our relationship and we were living very happily together. I believed that he loves me and will always keep me happy. At that time he had no money even for food so me and his brother Shamas-Uddin gave everything without any personal gain then we got married in year 2010 and after 1 year I gave birth to a child. Also, I sold my flat given by my mother for delivery purpose and even gifted him a car (Skoda Fabia) with the same money so that he could not travel by bus which he used to and Now after so many years he has completely changed. This man was never a great man. He always disrespected his ex-girlfriends, his ex-wife and is now disrespecting me and also targeting my kids.
How can a person stoop so low when every document and evidence proves that this man has called me his wife. If I had known that in future I would have to go through all this pain that I have been going through for the last 12 years, I would have preferred to go with someone who has some money but not a person like him. I want to show its true colors to everyone. Which I didn’t know about when I married him. Aaliya told that Nawaz is saying that he divorced me after the birth of our first child and again after the divorce I got into a relationship with him and we gave birth to our second child while living in a live-in relationship and I I came to know that he never considered me his wife even when we were not divorced. These allegations are very disgusting and it is very disrespectful to handle these things. I request everyone not to go by the religion of any person. We have to win with justice. Please tell that Alia had told that Nawazuddin and his family did not even give her food. Even basic facilities and bathrooms were not allowed to be used. This happened after Aaliya’s lawyer issued a rebuttal to Nawaz’s mother Mehrunisa’s allegation.
